DirectorSarah Pettit is the original founder and brings over 20 years of experience as an HSE leader across a range of high-risk industries. She has successfully led large HSE teams within major organisations and has extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and improving OFSC and ISO-certified management systems. Driven by the belief that people are the solution, Sarah advocates for a people-centred approach to safety—designing systems that are lean, practical, and empower individuals to create safer, more effective workplaces.

DirectorWith over a decades experience as a Health and Safety Professional, Daniel has provided Work Health and Safety expertise across Major Mining and Oil & Gas Industries, from Construction through to Commissioning and Operations. He is renowned for working closely with operational leaders to bring practical safety solutions across operations based in Australia and abroad. Daniel has also played a pivotal role in developing H&S management systems to support efficient operations and HSEQ governance for both client and contracting businesses.
