We are seeking  HSE Advisors to work for a variety of different clients sites across Regional WA. We are seeking either casual employees, wanting flexibility in life or full time vacancies are also available.  WHS contractors on ABN also welcome to apply, we want to hear from you and partner with you. Candidates must be willing to work FIFO on a variety of exciting sites or Perth based on the occasion.
What we are looking for: 
  • Flexibility with working on various sites (FIFO) 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Tertiary Qualified (Minimum Cert IV WHS)
  • Able to work in a team or individually. 
  • Sound knowledge in WHS Legislation. 
  • Reliable and professional work ethic.
  • Other quals advantageous - (ICAM, TAE, First aid etc). 
  • Auditing experience desirable.

  • Assisting in the developing of procedures and WHS Plans around health and safety, and ensuring that they are implemented
  • maintaining HSE records onsite
  • HSEQ Performance monitoring and reporting

  • advising managers and leaders on health and safety related matters
  • providing or organising training and communications on keeping safe at work
  • Assessing plant and equipment 
  • identifying potential hazards
  • Conducting risk assessments 
  • Assisting in preparation and review of JHA/SWMS 
  • determining ways of reducing risks
  • liaising with external health and safety authorities and trade unions
  • keeping up to date with health and safety legislation
  • Carrying out inductions and toolbox talks

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain integrated HSEQ management systems for clients.
  • Conduct system reviews, gap analyses, and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support clients through OFSC and ISO certification and surveillance processes.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and system implementation support to client teams.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance, continual improvement, and best practice HSEQ strategies.
About You
  • Proven experience in HSEQ systems development, auditing, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and/or OFSC requirements (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Exemplar Global Lead Auditor qualification (or working towards) highly regarded, but not essential
  • Formal qualifications in HSEQ, Risk Management, or related disciplines preferred.
