About the Role
We are seeking motivated HSEQ Systems Consultants to join our growing Systems Team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and improve tailored HSEQ management systems aligned with OFSC and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of industries, providing expert guidance and practical solutions that help organisations achieve operational excellence and certification success.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain integrated HSEQ management systems for clients.
  • Conduct system reviews, gap analyses, and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support clients through OFSC and ISO certification and surveillance processes.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and system implementation support to client teams.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance, continual improvement, and best practice HSEQ strategies.
About You
  • Proven experience in HSEQ systems development, auditing, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and/or OFSC requirements (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Exemplar Global Lead Auditor qualification (or working towards) highly regarded, but not essential
  • Formal qualifications in HSEQ, Risk Management, or related disciplines preferred.
