She has successfully led large HSE teams within major organisations and has extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and improving OFSC and ISO-certified management systems. Driven by the belief that people are the solution, Sarah advocates for a people-centred approach to safety—designing systems that are lean, practical, and empower individuals to create safer, more effective workplaces.

Daniel has also played a pivotal role in developing H&S management systems to support efficient operations and HSEQ governance for both client and contracting businesses.
