He brings extensive expertise in leadership, risk management, and building strategic partnerships. John is recognised for his practical approach to safety leadership, focusing on building strong safety cultures, engaging workforces, and embedding sustainable HSEQ practices. His ability to collaborate across all levels of an organisation ensures effective implementation of safety initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in performance and compliance.

Sarah Pettit
Director

Sarah Pettit is the original founder and brings over 20 years of experience as an HSE leader across a range of high-risk industries. She has successfully led large HSE teams within major organisations and has extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and improving OFSC and ISO-certified management systems. Driven by the belief that people are the solution, Sarah advocates for a people-centred approach to safety—designing systems that are lean, practical, and empower individuals to create safer, more effective workplaces.

Daniel Zdraveski
Director

With over a decades experience as a Health and Safety Professional, Daniel has provided Work Health and Safety expertise across Major Mining and Oil & Gas Industries, from Construction through to Commissioning and Operations. He is renowned for working closely with operational leaders to bring practical safety solutions across operations based in Australia and abroad. Daniel has also played a pivotal role in developing H&S management systems to support efficient operations and HSEQ governance for both client and contracting businesses.

Jodie Booker
HSEQ Systems Manager

Jodie has extensive experience in OFSC and ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systems, supported by strong auditing expertise. As an Exemplar Global Lead Auditor with a degree in Psychology and previous HR &HSEQ management roles, she offers valuable insight into human behaviour, leadership & organisational culture — strengthening her approach to safety and systems. Jodie leads our consultant team in delivering tailored, high-performing HSEQ systems for our clients.

We are seeking  HSE Advisors to work for a variety of different clients sites across Regional WA. We are seeking either casual employees, wanting flexibility in life or full time vacancies are also available.  WHS contractors on ABN also welcome to apply, we want to hear from you and partner with you. What we are looking for: 
  • Flexibility with working on various sites (FIFO) 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Tertiary Qualified (Minimum Cert IV WHS)
  • Able to work in a team or individually. 
  • Sound knowledge in WHS Legislation. 
  • Reliable and professional work ethic.
  • Other quals advantageous - (ICAM, TAE, First aid etc).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain integrated HSEQ management systems for clients.
  • Conduct system reviews, gap analyses, and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support clients through OFSC and ISO certification and surveillance processes.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and system implementation support to client teams.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance, continual improvement, and best practice HSEQ strategies.
About You
  • Proven experience in HSEQ systems development, auditing, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and/or OFSC requirements (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic consulting environment.
  • Exemplar Global Lead Auditor qualification (or working towards) highly regarded, but not essential
  • Formal qualifications in HSEQ, Risk Management, or related disciplines preferred.
